Ring Size Guide

Find your ring size at home: measure a ring you own or your finger, use our ring size finder, and match it to the Indian ring size chart with US sizes.

Last updated 3 min read

Finding your ring size takes two minutes with a strip of paper or a ring you already own. Use the finder below, or follow one of the two methods and match your measurement to the chart.

Find your size in seconds

Enter the inside diameter of a ring that fits you, or the distance around your finger. We will show your Indian ring size.

Your size will appear here.

Method 1: measure a ring you own

  1. Pick a ring that fits the finger you want to wear the new ring on.
  2. Place it on a ruler and measure the inside edge to edge, across the widest part, in millimetres.
  3. Enter this as the diameter in the finder above, or find the closest diameter in the chart below.

Method 2: measure your finger

  1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of thread around the base of your finger.
  2. Mark the point where it overlaps. It should be snug but still slide over your knuckle.
  3. Lay it flat on a ruler and measure the length up to the mark in millimetres.
  4. Enter this as the circumference in the finder, or use the chart below.

Tips for the perfect fit

  • Measure at the end of the day and at room temperature. Fingers are smaller in the morning and in the cold.
  • Measure two or three times to be sure.
  • If your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, choose a size that slides over the knuckle.
  • Wide or chunky rings feel tighter, so go half a size up for statement rings.
  • If you are between two sizes, choose the bigger one.

Adjustable rings

If a ring has an adjustable band, the product page says so. Open it gently a little at a time, and avoid bending it back and forth, so the band and the stones stay secure.
