Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
Our products
All Jawaharat pieces are imitation (fashion) jewellery. They are made from plated alloys with kundan, stones, beads and pearls. They are not made of real gold, silver, diamonds or precious stones, and are not hallmarked.
Many pieces are handcrafted, so small differences in colour, stone placement and finish are natural and are not defects. We try to show every product accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Prices and offers
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in or added to the price as shown at checkout. Offers and discount codes are valid only for the period and terms stated and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment, or after confirmation for cash on delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the order looks fraudulent, or for other genuine reasons. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount.
Payments
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through our payment partner Razorpay, and cash on delivery where available. Your payment information is handled securely by Razorpay under its own terms; we do not store card or UPI details.

Care and use
Imitation jewellery lasts longest when kept away from water, perfume, lotions and sweat, and stored dry in its pouch. Plating can fade with time and use; this is normal wear and not a defect. Please stop using a piece if you notice any skin irritation.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Jawaharat name and logo, designs, photos and text, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Reviews and messages
When you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed from that date.
